You may already know that the fertile phase of the cycle lasts a maximum of seven days. These seven days include both ovulation itself, during which the egg can be fertilised for about 12-18 hours, and the survival time of the sperm (up to 5 days).
Knowing your own cycle and the highly fertile time window gives you the opportunity to better plan ahead and to increase the probability of successful fertilization. trackle helps you precisely to distinguish fertile from infertile days and also offers prognosis regarding your ovulation.
What does that mean for you?
trackle prognosis:
The ideal time for a high probability of conception is shortly before your ovulation. In your trackle app, you will find a forecast for your next ovulation in the calendar view after the first evaluated cycle. This prognosis is shown in pale yellow. Use this knowledge to have sexual intercourse on the 2-3 days before if you want to have children. The more cycles you record with trackle, the more accurate these prognoses become.
Important: If you use trackle for contraceptive purposes, you must never use the forecasts of fertile and infertile days to plan unprotected sex! For contraceptive purposes, always use the daily fertility statement in the turquoise tab of your app!
Cervical mucus:
In addition to the predicted ovulation, the condition of the cervical mucus plays a very important role in predicting the highly fertile phase. The better your cervical mucus quality (i.e. the more spinnable, stretchable), the higher the probability of being fertile. So as soon as you suspect your personal cervical mucus peak (e.g. if you observe cervical mucus of quality s+), the probability of conception is particularly high and the day is suitable for having unprotected sex if you want to have children.

PS: To find out if you are potentially pregnant, continue to wear trackle even after your ovulation has been evaluated. If your temperature remains at the high temperature level for more than 18 days, the likelihood of pregnancy is very high. Of course, a pregnancy test is still necessary to confirm this.
